Mozilla's new beta 4 version is released and here i am providing you some details about it.

Writing - Users of most popular free web browser can now enjoy a new release of the Beta format that will be their next generation, the fourth, with which the fire fox try to cope with the tough competition that involves the Google Chrome.

The principal novelty of this new beta we have an aesthetic change in versions for Windows and Mac OS X platform is that the tabs have moved to the top of the window, a movement with which Chrome is more like Firefox. In addition, following the philosophy of adapting its interface to the platform on which to run, if the Internet user installs Firefox on Windows Vista or 4 beta 7, the menu bar disappears giving way to a button from which you access the main program options.

This change probably will not be in the version for Linux, as the integration with the system interface does not seem to carry it, but still why leave the definitive version. The App Tabs (short for application tabs in English) are a new way to manage online applications we visit more often (email, social networks, publishing micro blocs...) allowing us to save space in the bar tabs. These icons are also placed at the top of the Firefox window, and can turn any online service they want in a Tab App.
